London will have a Beach

You read it here first, tonight the beach in Greenwich Peninsula next to the O2 has been given planning permission. Core connections, agent for the application, will now be working hard to get permissions in place for an exciting structure on the site and a programme of events such as beach football for the Olympics legacy.
